I have never had any luck with refills.  I pay less for the cartridge but it runs out of inch sooner and the quality blows. Tried a few places like office max and a ink store.

Come on guys what materials are you giving to your clients!!!  Nothing, a CD, binder??

I am going to try my new Home Maintenance Package on an inspection this week to see if they will pay an additional expense for the service. $20. They have the option to purchase.

It is called Home Facts and then I add a Spring Summer winter maintenance checklist and it appears the clients like it.
