David, I only use refill kits that I can refill cartridges with a needle or the constant flow kits like I linked for Marcel.

A package that I put together for a buyer this last week included:

• A list of common repairs around the property that encourages hiring a professional.
• Taking Care of you new home checklist
• Pre-Closing Checklist
• Client Satisfaction Survey with self addressed return envelope
• They downloaded their inspection report from my site

I am looking for improvments and different ways to set myself apart from others in my area so it is a work in progress.

Her is a maintenance checklist that I give out. I got positive feedback on this one. I found that clients preferred it to be emailed to them so they could have it on their computers and edit it. You could print it, but that's just more ink.

I have an HP Officejet 7410 that hemorrhages expensive ink. In addition, the scanner no longer works, and it is supposed to be a wireless machine (ha ha ha). It is my second HP machine (glutton for punishment), there will not be a third.

Dominic, I am sure that the printer that you recommended is probably a good one, maybe HP's ONLY good one. I am going to look into Canon for my next one, which based on my luck with HP products could be any day now.

Just a further example of my luck with HP, the Construction Management  firm that I work for just gave us all HP mini net books. They come from Verizon with the wireless broadband already built in. It is the only machine that I cannot successfully add to my home wireless network. When guests come to visit, their computers hook up seamlessly. This new HP is in the "Acquiring Network Address" status for days if I would let it.
