Not much going on Joe other than working at the shipyard.
Did have a meeting tonight with the guy from California that owns 4 building apartments local that I have made some repairs in the past year.
One of them is the bump in the roof that I post over there.
I am meeting with him tomorrow night to walk the buildings and wants to point out things that he wants me to repair on weekends. Starting with the front entrances.
His manager is a Realestate agent that I have done work for when I was laid off. And of course will not do inspections for.

He does not want me to inspect something he sells, that is for sure, but he calls me when it is time to repair something for him. ;D

Anyway this might be a little extra money for the winter time. Will see how it goes tomorrow. One out of 3 inspections I do, they do not buy.
All referrals. No RE's at all.
