Well, no rain here finally...just 98 degrees...

Hi Casey, hope all is good with you buddy.

Been in the 60's and 70's and below normal lately, and lots of rain. The trees in my back yard starting to look like a jungle.

To bad to see and hear what is happening in Colorado Springs. Was on the news tonight.

Unreal destruction of homes.

I feel for all the people that lost their homes.

wow casey, i bet 98 is not the norm in your area! It's been hi 80's low 90's in WV, which is hotter than normal. Ain't complaining, though. I'm averaging 3-4 inspections per week, hope it stays this way. Granted, they are 40 miles away, but it sure beats sitting home waiting for the phone to ring, or going over the honey do list with wifee!!! ;D

Mike, what do you charge for an 80 mile round trip? When I tell them I want .50 a mile and $50 dollars an hour for the travel, I usually loose it.
