TOPIC: Why do my windows leak?

Why do my windows leak? 15 years 11 months ago #4332

One of the reasons windows and the stucco under them leak!

No moisture barrier under the trim!
Go figure.
Its not the window or stucco the carpenters set it up to fail!

That's great stuff Carl!  Let's see, stucco/siding/trim guys picked up at 7-11?

By the way, you look great in white, with a tool belt and that terrific hat!

I will be watching you.

I am in none of the pictures but the guy in the hat was like a brother.

A very good friend that worked for me for years.

He is still alive and well.

I looked to me like he was the cavalry called in to fix the problem after the Indians messed up the joint.  Judging from his body language it looked like he knew what he is doing.  That was a good, almost photo-journalistic, post.  I enjoyed it.  Hope the repair worked out well - I wondered how far that damage had gotten!
