No kidding Casey. Like I said, some involved just didn't see it as a problem. Now my client will probably be calling next month for a different home inspection.

Just a typical 50 year old ranch with a basement around here David. Yeah, there were a quite a few issues related to this picture alone. Bad rim joists, obviously some rotted siding, negative grade in spot just for good measure.
