TOPIC: Watch Your Step

Here are some items from last week. Just a little erosion at the corner then washing down to the door. And then, missing some downspout to hit that yard drain.

Was there moisture getting through on the carpet from the lower ditch.
Most of the water makes it in though??... isn't that good enough

Davin, yes there was some moisture staining just to the left of the door. One would assume that this was making its way under the door. But, I couldn't do that, because there was a broken water pipe right there that lead to an exterior hose bib. So I just documented the staining and the pipe and recommended repair of the entire situation.
