Ran across these to things at two different inspections.
1. The first is wiring that is going above the rafters and underneath the roof sheathing. I called this out because if someone tears off the roof these wires could be hit. Thoughts? 2. The other is an electrical box that shows the grounding wire strands are split apart so they form a "Y" in order to go around other wires. Don't know if there is any real danger here but called it out for review by an electrician. Thoughts? |

1. Branch wiring in the attic should be called out if there is a safety issue.
2. Sub panel branch wiring should be installed in a safe way, if the general inspection shows a safety issue this should be included in your report and refer to a licensed Electrician. |
