If the first guy would of tagged the breaker or the second guy that got burned and killed would of listened and tested the defective breaker he would be alive. Thanks for the info on Dalziel. The video was unfortunately way too accurate to how many accident occur due to a series of poor choices.

About three years ago I did an inspection on a home with a main panel and two subpanels lined up in the garage. Each of the panels were directly tapped into the next one up the line using the previous panels main lugs. It was pretty obvious that multiple owners had performed the work. On the final subpanel, the current owner had again tapped into the main lugs to power his landscape lighting. 120 volt exterior lighting with no disconnect all the way back to the transformer on the pole. Needless to say, the wiring for his lighting was exposed everywhere in his landscape and some even had sign of damage from a weed whacker. How he didn't get killed I just don't know.
