TOPIC: main shut off

Anyone seen anything like this? It appears to have one big shut off and two sub pannels. The breakers did not have a door covering them. They were a push in kind. (the picture is off what I think the main shut off is not of the breakers)
Wondering if there is anything I should make my clients aware of when I run into this again.

Looks like it, but not positive, if it is you can do a google search and find all kins of stuff on them, good and bad. opinions vary on them, but parts can be hard to come, and upgrading them is tough.
