Since you all were so helpfull the other day with my GFCI question I found another thing that stummped me yesterday. On the outside of the house there was a box. It was about 8" wide by 12" tall. When I raised the cover there was something that had an on off switch. This house was built in 2005 and the box was located right outside the guys office. He's a computer guy so not sure if it had something to do with that. I took some pitures but they looked better when I was on sight then now so they might not be much help.

I just tried posting the photos but couldn't do it. Anyone help me with that...I'm sure that would be the first good step in getting this figured out.
