TOPIC: Must be a new code thing-more pics

Here is the pic of the main breaker half covered up like i said. The wire is the main feed.  Just another stupid homeowner cutting a corner. I still have not figured out why the screws. I only can figure it might have been to try and keep the old wire tight. This is the best example of why we do home inspections! I say they got their monies worth.

What a mess.

This is also why we get educated and practice to remove dead fronts on panels...I know my electrician friends hate that I do this, but if you don't, look at how much would have been missed.
