What's Wrong Here?

I found this mess in a commercial building that can make any inspector want to cry! The metal rigid conduit raceways here were installed by someone who is called an electrician, but has no documentation whatsoever that can be shown to identify any qualifications or licensing!

The locknuts were installed backwards (3 of them) and if you looked inside of the junction box; the kockouts that were punched are too close to each other so that the bonding bushings in the box could not be properly installed!

Sure enough!  That's a good eye to catch something like that.  Good job!!!

The first thing to have caught my eye when looking would have been someone went a little crazy with their slug buster. Red Flag
