TOPIC: Can't Save Client File

When I try to save a clients file while bringing it from the cloud, I get a message that says its unable to save the file to the usual location but asks if I want to save it to the owners file? It then says I need administrator support to save it to my usual location with my other client files. I need help, because it won't let me download it anywhere.
