TOPIC: Pop up windows

When I open certain settings panels I can not view all the options. Typically at the bottom. There is no slider to move down the window.. I currently have the Layout Options panel open. The window is expanded as large as I can make it. I have the resolution on my MAc set to the highest setting resolution. 1440 x 900. I asked and was told that it could be my resolution. Not being high enough. I have never had issues with any other software or pop up windows. See attached photo
