TOPIC: Transfer Template to Another Computer

Hello,

I would like to how how to transfer a template and related files to another user's computer with HIP,
I have the .TPZ template in my HIP/Data folder, and all of my "Documents" in the Document Folder within the Data Folder, but HIP keeps giving me the message

" there was an error in loading the PDF file below, please remove and re-add
"MX-Addendum.Pdf""

"mx addendum.pdf" is one of my documents that I put in the Documents Folder

please help

I forgot to add I am running windows 7 x64

Is there another place I can put "MX Addendum.pdf" within my HIP folders?
I have a feeling it is because it is a PDF and not HDF. All other files in this folder are HDF
This is its current location
C:\Program Files (x86)\Home Inspector Pro\Data\Documents
