TOPIC: Icon delimma

Odd thing happened, my Home Inspector Pro shortcut is displaying a blank page rather than the icon. If I go into properties/change icon, the icon is visible, however selecting and applying the icon has no effect on the shortcut image. I can apply other icons to the shortcut, just not the HIP icon.

It could be your system is low on resources. Try rebooting and see if it shows correctly.

Do you have any other advice? I've deleted 2018 reports but would like to keep 2019 in the system.

Give the office a call. Deleting more reports is not likely to help.

Try going in the HIP directory and finding the HIP exe file and sending it to the desktop as a short cut.
