Just got another email. It's being shipped tomorrow! This will be interesting. I probably won't have time to look at it for awhile though as I have so many other things to work on.

Many laptops just cant be seen in daylight very well Dominic.

Hey Dom, What ever happened to your review of this Touchbook? is it the perfect tablet you were hoping for?

Great machine, way too flimsy for an inspector unfortunately. Thin plastic all the way around. Would be broken in a few weeks. Awesome concept though.

I am in need of a new home laptop computer.

The Q1 is working well in the field but my Toshiba Portege is old/slow.

The one you posted looks pretty good. I do not need anything big and cumbersome for home.

The "correct" way to pick a computer from a geeks viewpoint is:
*What is the job you need it to do?
* What software will do that job?
*What computer will run that software?
Anything past that for a "tool" like we need is just window dressing. Expensive window dressing!
