TOPIC: HIP on laptop

Tried to open HIP on laptop. "Thank you for trying HIP" came on, with options to Try evaluation, load license, or buy now. So, downloaded HIP 5.2.5 for Windows, from here. Same message came up. Help...

Chris, did you try to download Home Inspector Pro for Windows/Mac first? See attachment, otherwise contact the Help Desk.
