I,m getting an error when attempting to open HIP.
"An error occurred when starting the application. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for assistance."
I have called HIP, sent an email to support, and tried the online chat - no response in over 3 hours!
Can anybody help?!?!

It's probably a corrupt file from the computer shutting down with HIP open. Run the latest installer over your current version to update any bad or missing files.
