Hey Everyone. I’m having trouble viewing videos I included in my report and so is my client. We are both Mac users and see the word “video” on it. It just isn’t clickable or operable (as in video will not play when clicked on). Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? I can view the video(s) outside of HIP, but not on the website delivered from HIP. Video is uploaded from my GoPro camera into my computer and successfully uploaded in to HIP report. Just cannot view the videos I took. I updated Adobe, and that still didn't work. Any help is appreciated. I even messaged Dominic.

Make sure you're viewing the PDF with a full PDF program like the free Adobe Reader (which 90% of computers have installed) or uploading the HTML version of the report. Mac's "PREVIEW" program does not fully support all PDF features.
