That's a damn good question lol Walking the line between "frugal (cheap old bastard) and functional. Sticking around the $1k range I think ...

HP Spectre x360, lenovo Yoga 920 are the 2 "expensive" laptops that are in the running. (All 13 inch touch screens)

Dell Inspiron, Asus 2 in 1 are each just under $1k. will research them more once I finish the report from the oversized shack I inspected today. :-/
