TOPIC: Green font color on tabs

When you go to a tab on the windows version and then leave that tab, it turns green. The trouble is that the green is hard to see against the grey background. When it's black, I can see it fine. I have increased the program font size and that helps. But the light green on that light grey background makes it tough. Is there a way to change that color? Thanks
