TOPIC: Laptop

I spilled water on my Mack laptop and now doesn't work .I use iPad Air in field with hip mobile and I have a pc at home that my wife uses . Does anybody no can I use iPad to do the complete report.or do I need a laptop to send it back to generate it. Can you upload to hip cloud with iPad and get report from there. Or use my other computer that's a pc and some how load hip onto that .just trying to see my options here. Thanks for any input. Mark...ps can't afford a new Mac laptop now just starting out not many calls yet.

You will have to use the other PC with HIP installed.  Just have Dom send you a new license and download HIP to the PC.  When you sync with mobile and import your report, remember to save your template from that.

You do have some other backup like Carbonite or a separate drive that has all your files on it, right?

Thanks for info. I do have a external hard drive back up dom said he will send new license but have not got it yet. Do I have to do anything different to send it back to the pc I,m using now before I can get my mack fixed.

Nope.  When you sync the mobile, it goes to the cloud.  Downloading to the PC is the same.  Sync, save, and download.
