Just got back from the conference in Las Vegas. Paid for and downloaded new HIP 4 update. It won't launch and gives me a Java exception alert. Any ideas?

Hi Joseph. With urgent issues like this make sure to use our help desk ticket system. The forum is more for user to user interactions and isn't monitored as closely.
Sounds like a corrupt file somewhere. Reboot your machine and run the HIP 4 installer again. That will make sure any bad files are replaced and you should be good to go. |

I couldn't get the ticket system to work either. I use the same password as I do to log on here and it says I'm wrong. I'll look for a Java reload or something. Then I'll also try to reload the update. I don't really know how any of this stuff works anyway. Too old, too slow.

There's no login for the ticket system. Just click on "Submit A Ticket"
Don't reload Java. Download HIP 4 like I mentioned and run the installer again. |
