TOPIC: what version of hip should i load on a windows based tablet?

I have an asus transformer pad that has windows 10 loaded  i have tried to get hip mobile but cant get it to load should i be loading the full version or is there a mobile version that works on a windows pad?

You should be loading the full Windows version of the software. Our Windows version was designed for windows tablets from day one.

so  i can take pictures and add captions on the fly like the android version?

Kind of, Windows devices aren't meant to be used to take photos on the fly. The cameras on them stink, they're meant for video. If you have a Windows tablet it's extremely fast to batch add photos all at once at the end of the report. It's actually faster than on a mobile device as long as you do it before you go home where distractions are abound.

sounds like im better off using my android tablet then,if i have to batch add the phots i can do that on my desktop, i will just let my wife use the windows tablet for her business

You should try the Windows tablet first. It's EXTREMELY fast on site once you start using it. That's what HIP was designed to do. I followed inspectors on hundreds of inspections that finished inspecting on site. Of course Android is fast too, it's just about personal preference.
