I have recently installed Windows 10 and have 3.8.
When I batch add my photos, they load in a seemingly random order, not the same order they were taken in.
This makes it quite difficult working with them as I put the report together.
Any thoughts?

They should be in alpha order. Are you batch adding from multiple cameras? Some cameras call pics 1,2,3...10,11,12... With that alpha order is actually 1,10,2,20,etc. You need to make sure your device is 001,002,...010, etc.

3.8 is several years old. At the very least update to HIP 3.8 but we've now been on HIP 4 for more than a year and are on 4.4. Definitely think about upgrading!

thanks for you information. I had re-numbered the photos to not have such a long number and make them easier to recall. They transfer just fine now that I don't do that.
