Afranio, no that's a Mac limitation unfortunately. You can always merge templates if you're looking to combine data.

Open the template, then click Save Template and click on the default template box in the bottom right corner.

Something strange is happing here.

I create a template with two menus (before  pictures and after pictures) also i created two comments tab for each one

but when i add pictures to before pictures it is showing on both menus under comments tad.

the funny is that i use this template before and works fine.

That means you had the items as the same name at some point. Make a duplicate of one of the sections with a new name, then delete the original.
