TOPIC: Tablet vs PC

Currently, I get home at night and write my reports.  I am looking to streamline though and possibly use a tablet in the field.

My issue is that I use a MAC and would probably get an iPad, but they don't have a USB port to download my pictures from.  I find using a handheld camera is my best option when in attics, on roofs, etc.

Thoughts?  Suggestions?

You upload the data from your iPad to the desktop via the cloud, then import your photos.
