TOPIC: Changing to new computer

Hi. My cmputer is starting to showsigns of death. I need to switch to a new one and and also back up the program onto my desktop. Not sure how to do that and also didnt record my password or login info. Is ther someway to find this info out. Thanks

Are you running a Windows or Mac?

Running on windows. I have the program downloaded ok aI think, it says i'm on trial version. Right now I am trying to find the licence number to download.

Log into our site on the left side of the home page. Then click on Home Inspector Pro Downloads, get the latest version and install it.
