TOPIC: forgetting password

I have a continuing problem that I need help with. A few of the realtors that use me don't write their password down and can't get into their report. How do I go about finding out what their password is?

We can't even look up their password as they are encrypted for security, we can only reset them. They will need to click on the forgot password link to have a new one sent to them. You might send them a direct link to the forgot password link on our home page. Also, remind them that their username is included in every email they receive from us.
