TOPIC: email settings

I have a problem, you know the email link some one  sends or post when I click on them it does not work. I figure my email setting is wrong but not sure how to fix it  ???

You mean when you click on the link above, it doesn't open an email window for you?

Yes , I have to copy it open my mail program paste it then send. A couple sites I get the pop up email window but not many and not this one

Does a yellow message bar appear toward the top of the screen that says something like, Pop up blocked.  To allow pop ups from this site, click here. ?
I am guessing though.  I have never had that with email links but I have had it with other links. 
If that is what it is, you should be able to click on the bar and then click "allow."

By default computers are setup so that when you click on that link it opens up Outlook or Outlook Express. If you don't use those programs then clicking an email link doesn't work. This is one reason it's important to list your address on your site so people can see it. If you use a system like GMail you can use their toolbar to redirect an email link you click on to your Gmail account.
