Definitely something up as that's the same model the other guys are using without an issue.

Dom, maybe Gill can try there remote Assistance that may help.

It might. It's hard to check things like that remotely. Like if I did a remote connection it would be my keyboard and mouse controlling which would work fine. They should know where the settings are if there's any other ones to change.
