Getting ready to order the CTL GO but may check out the Lenovo  now that Rick mentioned it.
As far as cameras go my Sony DSC T300 is the sh-t.

Everyone wonders how I get such sharp pictures and it has a writing touch screen for notes,fast switch to video along with audio that is killer for music.
The video still shots I use are as clear as most cameras.

Durable enough to fall off a roof last year and avoid the Nikon touchscreen unless you like grainy pics.

Ordered the CTL GO  from BJ's and they called to say it will be shipped in a day or two.

Thanks for the information on BJ's.  I too was having a hard time deciding on which hardware platform to choose, but the CTL 2GoPC seems to make the most sense.  So I bought one.  $399, no tax and $10.75 shipping.
Being new to the business there are so many decisions to make, hardware being just one.  Software is another and the more I look at it, HIP seems to make a lot of sense particularly in combo with the 2goPC.
Does HIP run ok on just the base hardware configuration? ie 1 gig of ram?  The box can be upgraded to 2 gig, would you recommend this?

1 gig is fine if you are not multitasking.
OK for HIP from what I read.

My suspicion is after a while you may start using it more and wish you had the two gigs.

Lets face it , in another year we will want the next tablet.

My order did not officially start till they corrected my address this morning ,so I wonder who will get it first.
