TOPIC: A New Tablet!! CTL2Go

When I finally got ahold of a sales person they told me if I wanted 2gbs it would be best if they put it in. I'm sure it can be done in the field tho....not much help for ya

For those who have been following:  After nine phone calls and 4 weeks I got through to Steve, someone in the purchasing department.  He did some investigating and found out that several mistakes were made on my order and that is why I did not receive the 2 gb of ram.  He was very sorry for the hassle and priority shipped the 2 gb chip to me.

Now my next question:  How to replace the chip.  There are no screws directly in the back but there is what looks like a removable piece of plastic with what looks like a small tab to stick a screw driver in to remove this 'L' shaped plastic.  Could someone confirm if this is the area I should be focusing on or is there something else I should be doing.

I posted a few back that I talked to Matt and he said he had 2 gigs mailed out to you a few days ago. I also listed their Live Chat and Support Ticket which is definitely the best way to contact them (Live Chat is great). Maybe you'll have 4 gigs now

I'll take a look at my CTL2go when I get home, it's usually very easy.
