TOPIC: New wish. Footer for report pages.

I think a footer on each "report page", not the cover or document pages, maybe 2 or 3 lines surrounded by the bottom border and a border above would be helpful.  This allows you to put the same disclaimer or information on each page.......something like:


This report is copyrighted and published in accordance with the terms of the Inspection Contract.  It is essential that the full report is read and it is understood that recommendations made for repair, service or further inspection have fulfilled our contractual obligation as a generalist, and therefore disclaim any further responsibility.

Would you want this to be the same footer that's on the cover page, or separate?

Separate footer for the report pages would be my choice.  And not the thick border, just a top line and bottom line.

So this would be a line above the page number. I don't think a bottom border is needed as it'll be there already but we could add a think line above it.

How would that work with printing pages continuously?

Wouldn't affect it. It would be printed at the bottom of the page just like the page number, just a line above. It would be an option as well to have it or not.
