Don't worry Kevin, we JUST added the video feature and many improvements will be added in time. We already have video in mobile in beta testing and it'll be public soon.

We didn't add a batch video as most people batch direct from the camera card. If you took 10 videos but only wanted to use 1 you'd end up waiting for 10 minutes for all the conversions. Then I'd have people yelling at us for that. We'll figure out a quicker solution for you though!

I have a feature request that others may find useful also. I take quite a lot of picture during my inspection. Currently If I want to change a caption, or change whether is shows in the summary or not. I have to go hunt through 30+ tabs of pictures to find that one picture I am looking for. I have to do this 3-4 time per report. When I am in a section in HIP I can see the pictures over on the right, but cannot do anything with those. It would be great if we could double click those pictures over on the right and it will bring up the picture editor available in the photo's tab, plus have to ability to change whether it shows in summary in this editor and the ability to change the photo caption. This would keep me and other heavy picture takers from spending a good deal of the inspection report writing tabbing through the picture tabs searching for a specific picture.

In addition it would be great if in the mobile app you have the ability to make that picture show in summary instead of having to go through all your pics in the computer and tagging the summary there.

hey steve .. this has been brought up a few times recently . I know this made it to the "To Do List" but not sure on the current standing of request... inspectors have been requesting for a way to click on the photo from the damage panels to edit them

I would like to be able to outline the arrows, circles, etc. that I add to pictures. That way a yellow arrow would always stand out against any color background and would negate the need to change the arrow color to contrast with the background. Ex: a yellow arrow with a black outline.

Using red as your standard color is the way to avoid that. Red rarely get interfered with by the background of the photo because hardly anyone has bright red in their colors games. Yellow can get washed out with lights and a white wall, both very common in homes.

Dom, I would love to see the photo slideshow in the mobile version modified to allow a full screen viewing of each photo and a simple swipe to go between the photos in the full-screen mode.

Right now, reviewing photos with my clients is like looking through a postage stamp collection at times.
