What client info page/word order are you referring to?

You can create a new page in HIP that has the lock box combo and any other information and then just set that page not to print. I know a few guys that collect extra info that way.

We have a new custom cover page feature on our to-do lis,  on top of what you can do with the stationery feature now.

On the bar with the icons, next to the address book that says "client info" but is not editable as far as format.

Okay all that information appears on the cover but you can create a document that you can print out with that data using variables like $ClientName1. There's another post in the HIP Information section here that lists all the variables you can use.

Every inspection is different and each one is unique. The edit documents tab is an excellent feature and we take full advantage of it. Howver, We have over 50 documents under the edit/Docs tab. We constantly have to add and remove different doc's for every inspection using the drop down menu which can be very time consuming and somewhat frustrating. Sometimes our fat finger syndrome kicks in and the wrong documents are included by accident.
Under the same edit docs tab, a document "list" (not a drop down menu an actual list) would be nice to have that shows all of the Documents created, each with their own individual drop down "section to include" menus and each with their own "add at the begging of section selected" check boxes all the while Keeping the current drop down menu for document editing purposes. This would eliminate having to sort through all the documents under the drop down menu to see which ones have been selected and which ones need to be selected. The list would eliminate the time wasted sorting through all the docs.  Thats not too much to ask for is it? lol.... Just a thought.  ;D

Also, when beginning a report we start with editing photos first (including captions) then we add comments second in the main body of the report under the inspection tabs. While adding comments/narratives, with the photos displayed to the right (next to the red and black comment boxes) sometimes there can be more photos there than id like to see because the house was crap..lol. So we tend to forget what the discrepancy is in certain photos. A Photo caption bubble would be nice to have as a reminder (For the photos next to red and black comments). thanks!

The photo caption bubble is in the works actually. I'll have to think about how to do the doc list.
