How do we see the template as we are designing it? Generate report? That takes too long in my opinion.

Generating a report takes 3-4 seconds on most computers if you already have Acrobat open. Of course if you have an older, slow computer it will take longer. The only reason it even takes that long as it actually generates the report twice, once to add all the info, the 2nd time to calculate out the page numbers of each comment. That's why HIP is the only program that has page and item numbers next to comments in the Summary.

If you want to see the layout, just click Edit Template, it shows you everything going on.

It's not my computer that is old, it is me LOL. I will try leaving Acrobat open, that should help.

I would like the text for the pictures to stay in the edit box.  So when I go to add the text to the pic and then decide I want to change it around, it will still be there to change.  Right now we have to retype it every time we want to make a change to it.

Guys, please don't forget , you're supposed to be creating a new thread for each idea so they can be discussed AS WELL as posting in this thread. This thread was meant to server as a master list to look over, not for discussion.
