TOPIC: HIP Mobile suggestion

Good evening! When adding/editing comments in HIP mobile the keyboard pops up in the way many times, and there is no way to scroll down the page. This is especially troublesome when trying to copy and paste because the function does not work without the keyboard on the screen. However selecting the text is cumbersome with the keyboard in the way.
Is there anyway to improve this functionality? Maybe have the ability to copy and paste with the keyboard off screen, or scroll the text on the screen with more finesse when the keyboard is on the screen.
