TOPIC: Repair Requests

Agents in our area just will not get on board with RED. Tried pushing for over three years now.

How can we implement this feature which they would like without them using RED? Dom this is a big deal for us. I know tell them to use the RED, they will not and we all know they are creatures of habit. How can we implement this desired feature without RED?

They don't need to directly use RED. In your ISN email templates you can include a direct link to the Request Repair List. That way they click a link from email and go directly to where they should be going.

Getting back into this now Dom. How do I do that in ISN? I know how to add the link and edit the templates in ISN, but where do I find the link or create the RRL upload and get the link that automatically goes out to the Buyers Agent and Client.
