Have multiple summary sections available instead of just black/red or color coding for summary options.

We've had this suggested once or twice but it hasn't been that popular. We did a massive client survey years ago and found that clients look at things more on a room basis than systems. Looking at multiple summaries to find all the issues with the room caused more frustration than having all the roofing items in one place. It still is something we've discussed and we're keeping track of on the todo list.

I'll agree that the room to room report format is a bit quicker to access, but virtually all of the Realtors I work with prefer the system by system approach just because it makes their repair addendum prep easier. My Clients don't seem to care either way and since I get a lot of referrals from the Realtors I figure that a few extra clicks in the app to make their job a little easier isn't a big deal, but it helps to be fast on the device as well. ...my 2 cents...
