How big was the 14 second file? That seems much better. I need to add a cap into the program for 30 seconds.

Bummer Bob the sony cameras both of us utilize doesn't even work with the HIP software
The MTS format is not recognized.
I'm now forced to use pinnacle to reformat all video files first .

This is taking me forever .

I've ordered a go pro Hero 4 today it records in MP4 format
streams the videos to my pc..

Looks like I'll be utilizing the video feature quite often.
Already have included video in all reports since upgrading just a week
ago.

Customers and agents are really digging it .

Now I can include my battles in the dark attics and crawlspaces
with Raccoons possums and rabid squirrels.

This just took inspection media reporting to a new level.....

What camera was it that recorded in MTS?

Dom I use sony cyber shot series like Bob
It's the DSC HX50V to be specific.

The video is much better than the samsung android cameras
