TOPIC: Company logo

I am running 3.5.1.  I have a new company logo and am trying to load it.  It would not load so I read posts and discovered it needed to be 800 pixels wide by 150 pixels tall.  The post also said it would be automatically sized.  I cut the size of the logo but still can't get it to load.  I have attached the old logo, new logo and new small logo.  Am I doing something wrong?  Thanks.

The problem is that the images are in CMYK format. In photoshop or whatever program you made them with convert them to RGB mode. If you need help with that just let me know.
