New Feature: "Select Sections With Comments Or Ratings Only" button added to Section Colors & Print Order. This button will go through all the sections and only check off pages that you've commented on or checked a rating in. This makes it easy to set which sections should print.

New Feature: "Select All" button added to Section Colors & Print Order to check all pages at once.

Design Change: If you have text to the left of a RecallChek field it will now be ignored. This allows you to do something like this: Refridgerator Model: RecallChek Model Frigidaire which would show on the report as: Refridgerator Model: Frigidaire and only send Frigidaire to RecallChek. The collect data page will STILL show the text to the left, but it will not be sent to RecallChek

Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where not all appliances being added were being sent if you skipped rows on the data collection form.

Design Change: More work on making the interface more flexible for other languages.

New Feature: Pictures can be set to print on the summary page now. Just check the summary box next to each image while setting what section they'll appear in.

New Feature: Font on the summary page that lists the page & item and the section title can now be changed via Report Settings->Formatting.

Design Change: Increased the amount of text fields throughout the program that can be changed into other langauges.

New Feature: Added ability to change the font of the text on the cover under Report Settings->Formatting.

New Feature: Tool tip popups added to the edit list window when long narratives are on the right.

Design Change: Increased the number of RecallChek appliances that can be entered to 25.

Bug Fix: Number of columns set to display on a selection panel via Report Settings->Options displays correctly.

Design Change: Toolip that pops up to show you a complete narrative now appears above the cursor (formely was below) if the cursor is within 100 pixels of the bottom scrollbar. This should prevent problems with long narrative tooltips covering the scrollbar.

Bug Fix: Fixed long existing issue where some vertical scrolling might be needed to see a few narratives with some resolutions! You shouldn't see vertical scroll bars at all anymore in selection panels or the left side of damage panels. This means more room to see narratives too.

Bug Fix: Page numbers were off when using the new stationery feature. Now fixed.

Bug Fix: Prevented list names with no actual name.

Regarding the RecallChek submission...

I just submitted and it did load the type, brand and model numbers of all the appliances when there were blanks in the data collection page.  However, it did not submit the serial numbers.  Please change it to submit the serial numbers. 

Also, I participate in the Alarm Leads program.  That program needs the phone number for the customer.  I just noticed that HIP does not download the phone number form ISN and cannot upload it to RecallChek.  Can you change that and download/upload the phone numbers?

Hi Eric,

HIP does download the phone number from ISN but only from the first phone number field, not all of them. Which field are you filling out on the ISN side?

I'll check out the phone number to recallchek as that should be going too. RecallChek told us they don't want the serial info, but we can check out sending it anyways.

In relation to the new beta release 3.3.2 just made available (or indeed any new beta release).

Does this mean that previous beta version/s (including 3.3.1 is now stable and out of beta and safe to use).

  I very rarely have a phone number in the Work number on ISN, which is the first field.  I will start putting all the numbers there.  Thanks.

Peter 3.3.2 stable, we haven't had a single issue with it. I'm just working on a few more features before I do a mass public release.
