TOPIC: Title on Inspection Contract

In the company info section we need the ability to add our Title and thus have it show up on the contract below our signature.  Anyone with a S Corp needs to have his/her title with the signature to maintain a legal separation of liability.

Hmm, I haven't heard that before. What would your title be?

Mine is President / CEO.

I never really gave it much thought until recently.  But the main idea for having a Corp is to have the liability fall under the Corp and not the owner.  If you don't sign your name using your title, you break the separation of liability and thus are not protected in court.

If you have any lawyer friends double check with them and see what they say.  I could be wrong, I'm definitely not an  attorney!  LOL
