I have to disagree with bob, I think the   Note  works great with a some spacing as long as it is at the very start of the comments.  I have one of my tabs set up like so:

  Moisture Stains   There are<<LEVEL>> moisture stains present at...
  Mositure Damage There is<<LEVEL>> moisture damage present at the...
  Excess Moisture There is excessive moisture present at the<<LOCATIONS>> ...
  Mold growth       There is a mold-like substance present on...
  Cracks               There are<<FOUNDATION DEFECTS>><<FOUNDATION DEFECTS>> cracks...


I can see by just scanning down that left side which comment I need.  What I found I had been doing before was scanning the comments for the most obvious words or list names which would tell me which comment I was looking for.  I love the brackets, now I just look down that side.  Oh and I spaced them so start of the comments don't vary at all.  Usually one or two words works best for me, but you could abbreviate it more.  Everyone will use it differently (or not at all), but it's a really useful feature.

The sketch for pictures has a lot of issues that Dom will work on so I guess just email him with that stuff.
I had a issue with not having my client save last night but need to make sure it was not me first so maybe see if anyone else had that happen.

Didn't see any suggestion by you about Colored font for the note feature. I saw your bold example which I agree would help your eye be drawn to your notes, but that's all irrelevant. My disagreement was about the usefulness of the feature. It's useful. Bold, colored or otherwise.

Awesome, I'm glad you like it Cameron. I think it was one of the Bob's that suggested it.

That was Dr. Bob King, I believe.  He can't be here today because he is busy adding Notes to his comments. Last reports after 4 days of typing indicated he was on his third tab of the template.  ;D
