TOPIC: Report Upload Notification

There are 2 things acutally:

1.  I am using the Mac version 2.6.0.4 and I still need to put in my login information each time I want to upload a report.  I thought you said the program should remember after the first time???

2.  Once the reports are uploaded and then downloaded by the client, I have yet to receive an email letting me know that the client has viewed the report.  Is there any way that I could log in and check if the report has been downloaded?

The information should definitely be stored. Sounds like your CompanyInfo.enc file had been set to read only some how (seen it before). Delete the file (under data) copy the original from your email and fill out your company info. Then see if it saves.

There's no log (yet) on the site that will tell you if they are received. I see hundreds being sent out a day and have talked to many guys getting them, so I know they're going out. The email account it goes to is the account setup in your profile on the main page of this site (not under the forum). For you this is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. which is being forwarded to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Is that correct? It's quite possible the emails are ending up in your spam folder or being blocked by your server. None of them have bounced back to me though which is what would happen if they were flat out denying them.

A log feature is in the works. Right now we're adding logging for the credit card processing and for the reporting.

Let me know if you find any notifications in your spam folder (you might need to log in to your web based email to see your spam/junk folder).

I thought about it being a SPAM problem, that is the first place I checked, nothing there.  I get all OTHER emails from HIP so they should be getting through.

As for the other question, you say to "copy the original from your email and fill out your company info"; copy what from which email?

Ignore my last, I found the file to which you are referring.

Your original license the CompanyInfo.enc. If you don't still have it in the email you got sent when you bought the program let me know and I'll forward it to you. One of the other Mac users had the same problem, no idea why. But the OS decided to lock the file.
