Yeah the users in Ireland are down by Cork & Dublin. I'll have to see about the Scotland user (we only started recording locations about 18 months ago).

what an interesting post, have been inspecting for over 8 years, investigated setting up a company in Ireland to much red tape and control by surveyors which dont do the same level of a standard home inspection as in the states.  ;D

Things have actually changed now and the HIP Packets are no longer required opening up home inspections to more people. Southern Ireland was never actually under those rules anyways though. Might be worth trying again.

I hope things have changed, the real estate agents are required to call a surveyor as part of the home purchase this can cost upwards of $1000 and is a closed comunity! either you have the degrees e.g. 4 years college or your not on the list. Any to much red tape and no interest anymore.
                Interested in trying your program, what about encloding Escrow officers in your list of agents. Regards Phil    P.S. will send items for your viewing.

I'm curious about the escrow officers. Do you send the reports directly to them?
