yes the reports are uploaded to agent (buyers), buyer and most importantly escrow officers who send the checks if not payed at inspection. The escrow officers also request signatures on reports stating read and understood. hope this is helpful. regards Phil  p.s. did u get the copy of my report

Yes, I got it thanks. I didn't see the escrow officers on there so I'll need to look again. Are you sending it to the escrow officers or are the buyers?
